Invisalign needed a Sydney headquarters that embodied the company's brand identity and integrated smart technology consistent with its industry leadership, with the added complexity that the facility handles sensitive patient medical records and therefore carries security requirements closer to a healthcare environment than a conventional office.
The completed workspace pairs warm timber feature walls, exposed industrial ceilings, architectural lighting and polished concrete flooring with an integrated technology layer that includes facial-recognition access control and temperature screening, and the open-plan layout was arranged around elevated views of the Sydney skyline specifically to give the team a reason to choose the office over working remotely.
Consumer-health brands carry compliance and security obligations into every physical space they build, and the Invisalign headquarters is a working example of holding a warm, brand-led environment to healthcare-grade operational requirements — a balance that shows up again in appointment-based retail formats like the Cullen showrooms.
This project was delivered in Australia by the Inscape group, the established commercial construction group behind Inscape Retail Projects. It is published here as evidence of the group's brand-environment delivery discipline; US programs are delivered by the US operating entity, as on the Cullen Jewellery rollout.
